How much time is required to complete the work?
The exact time depends on the square footage and the specifics of the property. On average, a full premium apartment renovation of 70-90 sq m. is completed within 45 to 60 business days. The exact schedule is delivered in writing before the start of the project.
Can I make changes to the materials or layout of the package?
Of course. The Premium package offers maximum flexibility. You can choose from a huge range of designs, colors and materials in tiles, countertops, doors and sanitary ware. Also, if space allows, we can proceed with demolition or new plasterboard walls to optimize the layout.
Is there a possibility that the price will increase during the project?
No, the price agreed upon in the final private agreement is locked and final. Only in the event that you request additional work or a change to more expensive materials outside of the package specifications during the project will there be a repricing, always upon your written approval.
